By accessing or using ElevensIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ElevensIQ is a research and entertainment tool that uses AI models to produce football match forecasts — win/draw/loss probabilities, predicted scores, expected goals and related statistics — based on data gathered from public sources.

Not gambling advice

Predictions are generated by statistical models and are not guarantees of any outcome. ElevensIQ is not a tipster service, does not take bets, and does not provide gambling advice. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

• ElevensIQ offers a 7-day free trial; no card is required to start.
• After the trial, the service costs £3.99/month, billed via our payment provider through a secure checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion in line with consumer law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ElevensIQ — for example by attempting to reverse-engineer the models, overload the service, scrape data at scale, resell outputs, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

ElevensIQ, its design, branding and model outputs are owned by us or our licensors. You may use predictions for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit ElevensIQ content without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that predictions are accurate, that data is always current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevensIQ and its operators are not liable for any losses — including any losses arising from betting decisions made using our predictions — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

You can delete your account and cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
