Delete Your Account

You can delete your ElevensIQ account and the personal data we hold against it. This page explains what gets deleted, what we keep, and how to make the request.

If you can still sign in

The fastest way is inside the app: sign in, open the account menu (top-right), tap Account settings, then Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

What we delete

• Your ElevensIQ account record and sign-in email.
• Your saved predictions and any match predictions you generated.
• Your Pundit Mode verdicts (locked-in picks).
• Your subscription and trial records.

Deletion is permanent and happens immediately. There is no retention period on personal data — once removed it cannot be recovered.

What we keep

Public, non-personal content remains in the app because no account is attached to it. This includes fixture lists, featured predictions, league rosters, team insights and crowd consensus data. We do not keep any identifier linking this content back to you after your account is deleted.

If you can't sign in

If you've lost access to your email or can no longer sign in, submit the request below. We'll verify ownership and process the deletion for you.

You can also request deletion by emailing us directly. Include the email address tied to your ElevensIQ account and we'll take care of the rest.
